- 中国語圏での公開・転載・およびそれに類する行為等（政治的理由につき）Publication, reproduction, and similar activities of my works in Chinese-speaking regions (for political reasons) 중국어권에서의 공개·전재 및 이와 유사한 행위 등(정치적 이유에 관한) 禁止我的作品在华语国家的出版、复制及类似活动（出于政治原因）禁止本人作品於華語國家進行出版、複製及任何類似活動（基於政治原因）。禁止本人作品於華語國家進行出版、複製及相關活動（基於政治因素）。
- 自作発言等（剽窃および盗作行為等) ※私の曲を非公式でリミックスする際には、「ブートレグ (Bootleg)」と書いてください。False claim of authorship, plagiarism, or theft *If you remix my song unofficially, please write “Bootleg”. 자작 주장 등(표절 및 도용 행위 등) ※※제 곡을 비공식적으로 리믹스하실 때에는 “부트레그(Bootleg)”라고 적어 주세요.
- Tsuikyuをクレジットせずに作品を利用する行為等（©Tsuikyu Musicと表記してください）Use of works without crediting Tsuikyu, etc. (please use ©Tsuikyu Music) Tsuikyu를 크레딧 없이 작품을 이용하는 행위 등(©Tsuikyu Music으로 표기해 주시기 바랍니다)
- 「ボーカロイド」「ボカロ」「VOCALOID」「ボカロP」「ボカロ曲」と表記する行為等（Tsuikyuはボカロ文化に属していません）The act of writing “Vocaloid,” “Vocalo,” “Vocaloid producer,” “Vocaloid songs,” or similar terms (Tsuikyu does not belong to the Vocaloid culture) 「보컬로이드」「보카로」「VOCALOID」「보카로P」「보카로곡」으로 표기하는 행위 등(Tsuikyu는 보카로 문화에 소속되어 있지 않습니다)
- 軍事利用 Military Use 군사이용
- 金融機関による広告利用 Promoting Use by Financial Institutions 금융기관의 광고 이용
- ギャンブル利用 Gambling Use 도박이용

- Tsuikyuは、ユーザーによるTsuikyuの音楽の二次利用に起因するいかなる損害、不利益、または不快感についても一切の責任を負いません。Tsuikyu shall not be liable for any damages, disadvantages, or discomfort arising from users’ secondary use of Tsuikyu’s music. Tsuikyu는 사용자가 Tsuikyu의 음악을 2차 이용함으로써 발생하는 어떠한 손해, 불이익, 또는 불쾌감에 대해서도 일체의 책임을 지지 않습니다。
- 「Untitled」はよれよん氏とTsuikyuによる共同制作楽曲につき、このガイドラインの対象外です。無断使用はおやめください。“Untitled” is a collaborative track by Yoreone and Tsuikyu and is therefore excluded from these guidelines. Unauthorized use is prohibited. 「Untitled」는 Yoreone님과 Tsuikyu가 공동 제작한 곡이므로 이 가이드라인의 대상이 아닙니다. 무단 사용은 삼가 주시기 바랍니다。
- 「Immortal My Soul」はhanez氏とTsuikyuによる共同制作楽曲につき、このガイドラインの対象外です。無断使用はおやめください。“Immortal My Soul” is a collaborative track by hanez and Tsuikyu and is therefore excluded from these guidelines. Unauthorized use is prohibited. 「Immortal My Soul」은 hanez님과 Tsuikyu가 공동 제작한 곡이므로, 이 가이드라인의 대상이 아닙니다. 무단 사용は 삼가 주시기 바랍니다。
- 「Above (Tsuikyu Remix)」はTsuikyuによるDJ METALのリミックス楽曲につき、このガイドラインの対象外です。無断使用はおやめください。“Above (Tsuikyu Remix)” is a remix by Tsuikyu of DJ METAL’s track and is not covered by these guidelines. Unauthorized use is prohibited. 「Above (Tsuikyu Remix)」는 Tsuikyu가 제작한 DJ METAL님의 리믹스 곡으로, 이 가이드라인의 대상이 아닙니다. 무단 사용은 삼가 주시기 바랍니다。
- 「Sawage! (Tsuikyu Remix)」はTsuikyuによるNanonsのリミックス楽曲につき、このガイドラインの対象外です。無断使用はおやめください。“Sawage! (Tsuikyu Remix)” is a remix by Tsuikyu of Nanons’ track and is not covered by these guidelines. Unauthorized use is prohibited. 「Sawage! (Tsuikyu Remix)」는 Tsuikyu가 리믹스한 Nanons의 곡으로, 이 가이드라인의 대상이 아닙니다. 무단 사용은 삼가 주시기 바랍니다。
- 「Shizuoka 1987」はクリエイティブ・コモンズ（CC BY-SA 4.0）のもとで提供されています。“Shizuoka 1987” is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-SA 4.0). 「Shizuoka 1987」은 크리에이티브 커먼즈(CC BY-SA 4.0) 하에 제공되고 있습니다。
- 「まめひなた」「キプフェル」「うささき」は、Tsuikyuが制作した二次創作楽曲であり、これらの楽曲に関する利用については、キャラクター製作者であるかめ山氏の権利および利用ガイドラインが優先されるため、本ガイドラインの対象外です。利用にあたっては、「もち山金魚キャラクター使用ガイドライン」をご確認ください。個別のお問い合わせはご遠慮ください。“Mamihinata,” “Kipfel,” and “Usasaki” are derivative works composed by Tsuikyu. However, the rights and usage guidelines of Kameyama, the creator of the respective characters, take precedence with regard to the use of these works. Therefore, these works are not covered by these guidelines. Please refer to the “MOCHIYAMA KINGYO Character Usage Guidelines” before using them. Please refrain from making individual inquiries regarding these works.「마메히나타」「킵펠」「우사사키」는 Tsuikyu가 제작한 2차 창작 곡이지만, 해당 곡의 이용에 관해서는 캐릭터 제작자인 카메야마님의 권리 및 이용 가이드라인이 우선하므로 본 가이드라인의 적용 대상에서 제외됩니다. 이용하실 때에는 「MOCHIYAMA KINGYO 캐릭터 사용 가이드라인」을 확인해 주시기 바랍니다. 해당 곡에 관한 개별적인 문의는 삼가 주시기 바랍니다.
