- 宗教目的での商用・非商用利用（RAPTさんとキリスト教についての肯定的な目的に限る）Commercial and non-commercial use for religious purposes (limited to positive purposes about Mr. RAPT and Christianity)
- 教育目的での商用・非商用利用（RAPTさんとキリスト教への肯定的な目的に限る） Commercial and non-commercial use for educational purposes (limited to positive purposes for Mr. RAPT and Christianity)
- 非商用目的でのカバー及び歌ってみた（完成作品のアップロードも可）Covers and Singings for non-commercial purposes (you are also free to upload your finished work)
- 非商用目的でのアレンジ及びリミックス（完成作品のアップロードも可）Arrangements and remixes for non-commercial purposes (uploading of the finished work is also free)
- 非商用目的での曲や動画の一部転載及び生放送やビデオチャット等での放映（RAPTさんまたはTsuikyuを紹介する目的があれば可）Reproduction of my songs or parts of my videos for non-commercial purposes and broadcast in live broadcasts, video chats, etc. (acceptable if the purpose is to introduce Mr. RAPT or Tsuikyu)
- 個人（法人を除く）的な商用（小規模）・非商用目的でのクラブミュージックカルチャーでの利用（Tsuikyuが権利を保有する範囲に限り、サンプリング・DJMix・Mixtape等での利用可）Use in club music culture for personal (excluding corporations) Small-scale commercial and non-commercial purposes (use in sampling, DJMix, Mixtapes, etc. is permitted only to the extent that the rights are retained by Tsuikyu)
禁止 Prohibited
- RAPTさんに対する誹謗中傷目的での利用（RAPTさんの名誉を毀損する全ての行為を厳に禁じます）Use for the purpose of slandering Mr. RAPT (all actions that defame Mr. RAPT are strictly prohibited)
- 中国語圏での公開・転載・およびそれに類する行為等（政治的理由につき）Publication, reproduction, and similar activities of my works in Chinese-speaking countries (for political reasons) 禁止我的作品在华语国家的出版、复制及类似活动（出于政治原因）
- 自作発言等（剽窃および盗作行為等）Perjuring, etc. (plagiarism and stealing, etc.)
- Tsuikyuをクレジットせずに作品を利用する行為等（可能な限り©Tsuikyu Musicと表記してください）Use of works without crediting Tsuikyu, etc. (please use ©Tsuikyu Music whenever possible)
- 無断でAI学習に利用する等（Tsuikyuの許諾が必要です）Use for AI learning without permission (any use must always be approved by Tsuikyu)
- 度を越した商用利用等（企業や団体等がTsuikyuの作品を利用する場合は、必ず私にご連絡ください）Excessive commercial use etc. (please contact me if you wish to use my work for your business or organization)
- その他Tsuikyuに損害を与える行為等（Tsuikyuに関係する可能性があれば、私に必ずメール等でご確認ください）Other actions, etc. that may cause damage to Tsuikyu (if there is a possibility that this may be related to Tsuikyu, please be sure to confirm this by e-mail, etc.)
